A few weeks ago I visited a church and noticed that there was almost no art work visable. It wasn’t always that way. I got this idea to paint angels. Not your typical “DaVinci” type angel.

Amazing, very beautiful! I love it!
Do you have more and could you do another? We need more angels of color
thank you
Oh, what a powerful image! This is beautiful. So glad I found your blog.
BTW; have you heard of the Let There Be Light exhibit? It was inspired by the lack of fine art in today’s American churches.
Hi Silvina, thanks for visiting and your comments. Can you tell me more about the “Let There Be Light exhibit” ?
Bob, you can find out more about Let There Be Light at http://www.mcfineartsfoundation.org
Also on my blog archived under March, titled Artist’s Reception you’ll see a bit more on it.
Archived under November, titled Knowing is the painting I entered.
The founders of this movement have an annual conference in Oregon that I just went to last month. Check my May archives for “oregon artist’s conference”. It would be great to have you there next year!
Silvina, thanks for the site.
